Rainbow
A Rainbow is a multi-coloured arch in the sky, produced
by prismatic refraction of light, within droplets of
rain, in the air.
Urban Horizon
Urban Horizons have a different apperance than natural skylines.
Smog and lack of trees are the main reasons why the air is
not clear and pure. This photo was taken by Ryerson Park,
using a 300 mm. lens.
Woodland
A Woodland is a habitat where the trees are the dominant
plant form, forming a canopy which shades the ground
to varying degrees.
Oh Dear!
I am a Naturalist and I knew that the deer realized that. I walked right up to this
beautiful deer and she didn't even flinch. The Animal Kingdom can sense things
that humans can't.
The Niagara deer population is declining due to illegal hunting, urban sprawl, and deforestation. I photographed this
lone deer at the Niagara Commons. She was next to a dead kin a few meters away that was shot and carved up.
We have to remember that we can't upset the balance of nature.
