Time Exposure
Cherry Drummond is the great, great, grand niece of General Gordon Drummond, of the British Army. After defeating the
American Forces, he took the original flag as a souvenir, and kept it in his Scottish castle for 180 years. It was purchased
for 150,000 dollars in 1993, by the Americans. Cherry Drummond and her family returned the flag on March 16, 1994.
The restored flag is on display at Fort Niagara.
