
Timing is very important in photography. I was fortunate to capture two fires during the canon blast. The photo
was taken at Fort George's Echos of Niagara's Past event.
The 18th annual Fife and Drum Muster and Soldiers' Field Day was celebrated
at Fort George on the weekend. The sounds of history echoed through the fort
giving the visitors a taste of the past.







Karakoro is a 100 member musical, drama group from Okinawa. Their performances promote world
peace, harmony, and respect for our Mother Earth. Every song has a theme that reflects their culture,
history, and respect for our planet.













Children have been affected by wars since the beginning of civilization. Many of them have been left homeless, because of wars. In this re-enactment photo this small child is left in the pen, while her father fights in the Fort Erie Siege battle defending her life.

St David's Carnival has been going strong for 54 years. The Lion members volunteer their time for the
successful event. Families from all over Ontario go to the carnival to experience fun, memories, and a chance to win a
draw, or prize. All the proceeds are donated to charities across the Niagara Region. All in all its a win situation.
